Privacy policy

This policy explains how ZG Sale Scheduler handles information when a Shopify merchant installs or uses the app.

Last updated: 27 July 2026

Who we are

ZG Sale Scheduler is operated by ZEROGRAVITYCO LIMITED in Birmingham, England. Privacy and data requests can be sent to support@zerogravity.agency.

Information we handle

The app stores the merchant's shop domain, Shopify authorization sessions, campaign configuration, selected product and variant identifiers, saved original and sale prices, campaign activity logs, storefront settings, subscription state, scheduler and sync-job status, aggregated campaign analytics, and optional support messages and contact details submitted by the merchant.

For campaign analytics, the app reads the minimum order fields needed to calculate aggregate revenue, refunds, units, and order counts. It does not request or persist customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping addresses, or payment-card data.

How we use information

  • Apply scheduled price changes and restore saved pricing.
  • Publish campaign data used by the app's theme blocks.
  • Run sync jobs, retries, monitoring, and recovery workflows.
  • Display campaign analytics and enforce the selected plan.
  • Send optional merchant notifications and answer support requests.
  • Protect, debug, and improve the reliability of the service.

Service providers and disclosures

We do not sell merchant or customer data. We disclose information only as needed to operate the app, comply with law, protect the service, or follow a merchant's instructions.

Shopify

Provides authentication, billing, webhooks, the Admin API, and the merchant's store platform.

Infrastructure providers

Render and our managed PostgreSQL provider host the app, operational logs, and application database.

Resend

Delivers optional campaign alerts, support messages, and acknowledgements. These messages can include shop, campaign, and merchant-provided contact information.

Klaviyo

Receives campaign lifecycle events only when a merchant enables the optional integration and supplies credentials.

Shoffi

When affiliate attribution is enabled, receives the shop domain, app identifier, and source IP address at install or authentication. The app does not retain that IP address in its own database.

Support automation

If enabled, merchant-submitted support details can be forwarded to our configured support workflow so the team can respond.

Retention and deletion

Active campaign data is retained while needed to operate and restore the campaign. Ended campaign records are scheduled for deletion after 13 months, and analytics snapshots for ended campaigns after 90 days. Operational records can be retained for security, reliability, legal, or dispute-resolution needs.

When the app is uninstalled, its uninstall webhook deletes the shop's application records, including sessions, campaigns, settings, subscriptions, jobs, notifications, templates, and submitted feature requests. Shopify privacy webhooks are also supported for access and deletion requests.

Your choices and rights

  • View and export campaign information through the app where the selected plan includes export.
  • Disable optional email or Klaviyo features in app settings.
  • Uninstall the app to trigger shop-data deletion.
  • Ask to access, correct, restrict, object to, or delete information by emailing support@zerogravity.agency.
  • Submit a complaint to the relevant data-protection authority.

Security and changes

Shopify access is authenticated and scoped to the installed shop. Webhook signatures are verified, secrets are stored outside source control, and optional integration credentials are encrypted at rest. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy as the product or our providers change. Material revisions will be shown by changing the date above.
